What we do
We design, prototype, manufacture and assemble products for customers across a range of specialist and high-tech applications. And we do it all in the UK.
Whether for existing needs or new developments, we can help with your physical products and systems.
We work across many fields and industries, to help deliver ingeniously designed, high-tech and beautifully-engineered solutions. Whether deploying technology in public spaces, interactive way-finding furniture for retail, rugged IoT devices, or robotic platforms, we have the capabilities to deliver solutions for real world problems.
We manufacture and assemble low-volume/high-value products and systems for customers, ranging from parts and sub-assemblies — all the way up to finished products. With flexible lean production facilities, we can tackle unusual applications with ease.

Who we are
Founded in 2000 and based in the UK, we've been solving problems and delivering integrated systems ever since. Our work has spanned many applied fields and technologies, ranging from the information sciences, autonomous systems, integrated systems, advanced applications, compute platforms, embedded systems, robotics, rapid manufacturing, connected devices, to the Internet of Things (IoT). We call the convergence of these, and the other fields we work within, mechatronics.
Our work has steadily evolved and now encompasses the design and manufacture of entire systems, their sub-components and even the manufacturing processes behind them.
Our facilities
We have well-equipped facilities able to take on even the most challenging of projects. From CNC machining and 3D printing to precision fluid dispensing, we're not only capable of designing solutions, but we're able to physically engineer, fabricate and deliver them ready-to-go. Whether rapid prototyping to trial early ideas, assembling one-off special motion control projects, or all the way up to batch manufacture - our facilities are to be found at the centre of every solution.
We maintain our facilites to exacting standards, employing lean production methodologies including 6S, Kanban and Poka-Yoke.
- CNC Machining
Equipped with Datron High Speed Milling (HSM), drilling and engraving machines, we can work with a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, plastics, composites and exotic materials.
- Metal Forming
Milling, turning and sheet metal forming.
- Plastic Forming
Vacuum forming, heat forming, routing of sheet plastics and milling of engineering plastics.
- 3D Printing
Equipped with a range of 3D printer technologies, including plastic based FDM and resin based SLA. We 3D print both prototype and production parts, and work with partners for metal casting of printed forms.
- Labelling, Tagging & Marking
Comprehensive printing, engraving and marking systems for panels, faceplates, wiring and components.
- Work-cells & Assembly Facilities
Modular and adaptable assembly facilities, equipped with precision torque-controlled drivers, tooling and test equipment. Precision fluid dispensing for adhesives, lubricants and potting compounds.
- Parts Stores
Our Kanban inventory-controlled parts stores enable us to manage parts for call-off, batch and on-demand manufacture. With ESD safe storage for sensitive components.
